I just made two batches of pumpkin bread. I am having trouble figuring out how long to leave them in the oven, the recipe I have says for two large pans, I am using between 5 to 7 small pans per each batch... and the cooking time I figured would be shorter, I just haven't figured it out yet. Oh well I get back to you on what I figured out...I am going to google this dilemma. Also very hot!!!!!

Well I made 15 mini loaves and two large ones...
I found that the mini loaves took between 35 and 40 minutes to bake. And they look much better than the very first ones I put in. I feel funny, like I am experimenting...crazy it is. I was sooo tired last night, now I am off to do more with Mom at her place. I will show off the fruits of the labor later.... hate to say it but man I am hungry for breakfast, umm what to have? Hehehe!!!! If anyone wants to bake together let me know it is kind of fun!!!!
